ABOUTHello, I’m Shannon
Before stepping into this work, I spent more than a decade in the design world, helping not-for-profits and social enterprises tell stories that moved people to care. That chapter taught me just how much heart it takes to do meaningful work, and how quietly we can lose touch with ourselves along the way.
Today, I bring the same spirit of collaboration and curiosity into my somatic practice. I walk alongside changemakers, community-shapers, carers, creatives and campaigners as they learn to listen inwards, soften old patterns, and rediscover what supports their aliveness.
I'm trained in Somatic Stress Release™, Mind-Body Coaching, Integrative Somatic Parts Work, and hold a 200hr certification in Functional Flow Yoga & Meditation. I also draw on eco-somatic approaches that understand the body as inseparable from the environments and systems we move within.
