This work unfolds from my home on Whadjuk Noongar Country, where the Derbarl Yerrigan meets the ocean edge of Western Australia. For tens of thousands of years, First Nations peoples have worked with the body through movement, breath, song and ritual, and have woven these practices into health, healing, and community life. I honour their enduring connection to land, waters, skies and spirit, and pay my respects to Elders and emerging leaders.
