This work unfolds from my home on Whadjuk Noongar Country where, for tens of thousands of years, First Nations peoples have considered the body a site of profound wisdom, weaving movement, breath, song and storytelling into health, healing and community life. As a practitioner working on these unceded lands, I honour their enduring connections to land, waters, skies and spirit, and pay my deepest respects to Elders and emerging leaders.
