Phase 1: The Foundation
Initial Session
($90 minutes)
Spacious, body-guided time to understand the ground we’re starting from.
Nervous System Mapping
Together, we track how you’re arriving, and talk briefly about the shapes and stories your body holds. We’ll identify your natural baselines, boundaries and current resources.
Directional Alignment
We get clear about the vision you’re holding for your evolution. Who are you becoming? What do you deeply care about? Why are these changes important to you now?
Co-Creating Your Container
Toward the end of this session, we map out the structural landscape of your upcoming container, ensuring the rhythm matches your capacity and lifestyle.
Phase 2: Containers of Care
Ongoing Integrated Sessions
(3 or 6 months)
Once our foundation is established, we step into a sustained container of care, unravelling, practicing and integrating. We can meet weekly or fortnightly (the choice is yours) so you receive the consistent relational safety your nervous system needs to actually embody new choices.

The cost of an initial session is $230 (AUD). The cost for ongoing sessions depends on your choice of container. I offer options for care across 3 or 6 months, meeting weekly or fortnightly. Payment plans are available for all options.

Because somatic integration works with deep-seated nervous system patterning, change happens in layers. While the 90-minute initial immersion gives you an immediate map of your baseline, true shifts are built over time. I offer containers of care for 3 or 6 months, discussed and co-created together in your initial session.

Talk therapy focuses mostly on words and thoughts – exploring patterns, beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves. Somatic therapy includes these pieces and it also brings the body into the conversation. We work with what you're feeling in, around and with your body as much as what you're thinking about.

Our sessions are guided by the plan we set together, the material you bring in to any given session and the present-moment capacity of your nervous system. Our time together is about following and listening to you and your body.

Absolutely. Somatic practice attends to whatever your body and nervous system can meet in the moment. I come to this work with a lived experience of neurodivergence, sensitivity and pain, and seek always to offer understanding and flexibility for your body as it is.

Somatics meets any neurotype and any nervous system. Your fidgeting, shifting or jumping from thought to thought is welcome here – it is simply information we can gather to help us understand your body's natural expression.

Whichever you prefer. Online sessions are available via Zoom, and provide access to (optional) session recording and notes. In-person sessions are available from my private practice space in North Fremantle.

Yes! I respect that it’s not for everyone and some people will always prefer to meet in person. I find there is actually some benefit to you getting to be in the comfort of your own space. It's pretty remarkable how we can attune to one another even over a video call.
