Welcome, friend. If you’re even this far down the page, you’re likely wondering if somatic sessions could support you in some way. My truest answer is (always) — yes. Somatic support is for anyone who wants to meet their adapting, growing, shifting, renewing body in its wholeness.

This space is for you if:

  • You want to anchor your decisions and sense of self in a deep, body-guided clarity rather than endless mental spiralling.

  • You are stepping into a new season of life, creativity or leadership and want your physical capacity to match your vision.

  • You desire to live less from a place of survival or rushing and more from a grounded, present alignment.

Phase 1: The Foundation

Initial Session
($90 minutes)

Spacious, body-guided time to understand the ground we’re starting from.

Nervous System Mapping

Together, we track how you’re arriving, and talk briefly about the shapes and stories your body holds. We’ll identify your natural baselines, boundaries and current resources.

Directional Alignment

We get clear about the vision you’re holding for your evolution. Who are you becoming? What do you deeply care about? Why are these changes important to you now?

Co-Creating Your Container

Toward the end of this session, we map out the structural landscape of your upcoming container, ensuring the rhythm matches your capacity and lifestyle.

Phase 2: Containers of Care

Ongoing Integrated Sessions
(3 or 6 months)

Once our foundation is established, we step into a sustained container of care, unravelling, practicing and integrating. We can meet weekly or fortnightly (the choice is yours) so you receive the consistent relational safety your nervous system needs to actually embody new choices.

Over our time together you’ll experience three potent modalities:

  • Somatic Parts Work to welcome and soften the inner protective voices running your default habits.

  • Somatic Stress Release™ to complete old cycles and resource your body’s natural, biological ability to adapt.

  • Mind-Body Coaching to translate your body's wordless intelligence into steady, consistent daily action.
