Somatic Mini Sessions


Join me for 25 minutes of 1:1 body-led practice in a cosy nook at the Neighbourhood Sauna Tea House. A mid-week chance to slow down, notice what you notice and come a little closer to yourself.

Maybe you've heard the word ‘somatics’ and you're curious. Maybe you're circling a decision or wanting to set an intention. Maybe you just want to be with yourself differently for a bit. If any of that sounds like you, I'd love to sit with you.

My work is rooted in lived experience – of navigating grief, chronic conditions, and the gaps between what systems expect and what it actually feels like to live in a body.
