Mini sessions are a little taste of somatic practice; a mid-week opportunity to slow down, notice your body and leave feeling a little lighter, more steady, and at home in your skin.

Most people I work with already know themselves pretty well. They might have a therapist, a meditation practice that comes and goes, a shelf of books they return to – and still, something isn't shifting. I'm Shannon, and I spent a very long time in that place.
